- Resources Canada reports that there are 487 projects awaiting approval
- Cost to build these projects estimated to be $525 billion
- Aim to reduce approval process to 4 years maximum
- Projects will continue to produce revenue for 20+ years
- Increase Canada’s growth rate from 2% to 4.5% per year (if 10% invested each year for 10 years)
