Protests must not impinge on other people’s rights

Covering of face results in immediate fine
Drones used to identify trouble spots and perpetrators
Resisting arrest leads to automatic 3 month custodial sentence
Penalties for breaking the law stiffened (2nd offence – incarceration)

Reduce power of judiciary

“risks” must be assessed by outside experts (not based on “feelings”)
Calls for additional studies must be resisted.
All claims of harm must have adequate backing evidence
Interventions at hearings no longer free of charge, except for local residents
All NGO’s must declare foreign contributions on all communications
